We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide the following skill set:
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Knows QuickBooks
- Assist with answering phones
- HR administration
- Job costing – after the job is complete, figuring out what it costs in terms of hours and materials
