Denn Manor on Capitol Hill – Full Electrical Services Renovation

We are excited to share another multi-family electrical project the Exact Electric team was selected for! Denn Manor on Capitol Hill, 316 13th Ave E, Seattle, WA.

Denn Manor Apartments are located in the heart of Capitol Hill, and amenities for each unit include a deck/patio, washer/dryer, fireplace, and dishwasher. And some units on the third and fourth-floor host views of downtown, the Olympic Mountains, and the Space Needle. Denn Manor is also a Green Star building.

The owner of the apartment building hired Exact Electric to conduct a full-service electrical upgrade because the entire building was being gutted. Our services included working with the owner on the electrical design, build out, and lighting package.

We always enjoy the opportunity to do this, as it allows us to start the project with a best practices approach, which is a win for minimizing the budget, maximizing the energy plan, and ensuring tenants are accommodated.

As part of our services, we brought whole new electrical services from the street and coordinated with Seattle City Light on a plan.

We needed to determine which power pole to use and service entrance conduits that were needed. We worked with the owners to ensure it was routed the best way for them, so the aesthetics of the building would not be compromised. Our plan also made sure the owners didn’t have to install new sidewalks, which was a major cost saving and time saver.

Also, part of our services, we installed full exterior lighting, security lighting, low voltage coax, and cat five logos, and media panels.
