Founder
Zach founded Exact Electric in 2008 and grew the company steadily year after year. Central to his approach was always prioritizing the customer's vision and satisfaction. His oversight ensured successful, timely, and budget-conscious completion of projects.
Jerod Gummer
President and CEO
A fourth-generation electrician, Jerod has worked across the field, estimating, preconstruction, project management and executive leadership. His experience includes leading major electrical construction business units and supporting complex commercial, healthcare, data center, and mixed-use projects, including landmark work such as Climate Pledge Arena and Pike Place Market.
Frank Pezzullo
Director of Field Operations
Frank brings more than two decades of electrical industry experience to his role as Director of Field Operations. His background spans residential service, commercial projects, large-scale construction, and complex work in schools, medical facilities, and hospitals. A former General Foreman, Frank is known for his commitment to safety, accountability, team development, and high-quality project execution.
Brenda Goodman
Office Manager
Brenda's many contributions include overseeing the efficiency of operations and ensuring employees are well supported. She is responsible for accounts payable and receivables, billing, payroll and human resources.

Cornel manages the success of residential projects, including securing permits, ordering materials, and overseeing daily operations. He ensures every project is organized, efficient, and completed to the highest standard.

Project Manager
Oscar provides professional project management for residential multi-family electrical projects, ensuring every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard, With years of experience as an in-the-field lead electrician, Oscar deliver’s results that consistently exceed customer expectations and are completed on time.
Greg King
Service Manager
Greg oversees the service excellence team, focused on troubleshooting all electrical problems and finding the most expedient and cost-effective solutions. From LED lighting retrofits to panel upgrades to small scale remodels and more.
Mitch Hitchcock
Project Manager
Mitch plans, coordinates, and oversees electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring every job is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. His hands-on approach and attention to detail keep projects on track and deliver results clients can count on.
Jerick Mission
Commercial Estimator
Jerick is responsible for the electrical kick-off and estimate of projects. He ensures that customer requests for quotation or bidding are properly handled and addressed on time and is customized to their requirements.

Project Manager
Matthew oversees projects from start to finish, supporting crews and general contractors to ensure top-quality work and maximum efficiency.
Eric Boston
Estimator / Project Manager
Eric Boston serves as estimator/project manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the electrical trade to his role. Eric helps customers move from planning to completion with clarity and confidence. He is responsible for reviewing blueprints, preparing accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and managing electrical projects from start to finish to help ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

With over a decade of experience, Helio is responsible for planning, installing, and adapting to unexpected challenges to maintain each project's momentum. He ensures the team has the materials and tools to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Dave Roberts
Electrical Superintendent
Dave brings over 20 years of commercial electrical experience. He constructs and leads small to large crews to efficiently and effectively create beautiful electrical finishes according to the customers design and Washington State and NEC standards.
Jose Cardona
Commercial Foreman
Jose specializes in commercial, new construction and tenant improvements. He is responsible for ensuring electrical planning, layout, installation, and wiring is in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and compliance codes.

With over two decades of experience in the electrician trade, Robert specializes in industrial projects. His in-depth knowledge of the industry ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, with the highest standards of safety and quality.

As the payroll/HR coordinator, Kaarin brings more than 22 years of experience and a strong background in construction. In her role, she supports commercial technician scheduling and works closely with field operations to help keep projects and teams organized. Kaarin brings accuracy, coordination, and dependable support to the team.
