Leading with Experience and Care

Jerod Gummer brings decades of electrical construction experience to his role as President and CEO. A fourth-generation electrician, Jerod has worked across the field, estimating, preconstruction, project management, executive leadership, and company operations.

His experience includes leading major electrical construction business units and supporting complex commercial, healthcare, data center, institutional, and mixed-use projects, including landmark work such as Climate Pledge Arena and Pike Place Market.

Supporting Teams and Project Execution

Frank Pezzullo brings more than two decades of electrical industry experience to his role as Director of Field Operations. His background spans residential service, commercial projects, large-scale construction, and complex work in schools, medical facilities, and hospitals.

A former General Foreman, Frank is known for his commitment to safety, accountability, team development, and high-quality project execution. In his role, he will help support Exact Electric’s field teams, strengthen project execution, and continue the company’s focus on safe, professional, and high-quality electrical work.
