We meticulously replaced the outdated knob-and-tube wiring system with a safe and efficient 21st-century solution. This significant upgrade not only ensured the electrical safety of the building but also paved the way for increased functionality by adding power to three brand new basement units. While scheduling the rewiring around existing tenants presented a logistical challenge, our team collaborated effectively with the owner to minimize disruption. This open communication and cooperative spirit ensured a smooth transition for all residents.
